🌟 **Element Hotel in Irvine** was a delight! 🏨 Our room was spacious, modern, and functional, complete with a handy small kitchen. Breakfast impressed with healthy options, and the lavamat room was a lifesaver. Service was efficient and attentive. Sadly, a hot water issue on our last day (likely a rare glitch) kept it from a perfect score. Still, highly recommend for a comfy, stylish stay! ✨

Pleasant room and hotel. I am a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member and was not upgraded to a nicer room for free. They had one available but I had to pay to be upgraded. I’m being to question what being a Platinum Elite member really gets you, besides it sounding cool. May sound like a petty complaint but I charge alot on my Marriott card.

Complementary upgrade for elite Marriott reward : Although I'm Platinum, and it's only $9 difference between the standard room and the suite. They made me pay the difference to get upgraded. What a s***** management. I should not have to ask for a complementary upgrade I expect to be offered when available, when available when available 3 times so the one who replies see it. The female front desk told me couple of times that the manager doesn't allow it. Welcome Gift Choice: the only Marriott property that says only the drinks and the one dollar market price( they sell it 3x the market price and it is normal at a hotel for the convenience) no food no ice cream. All other hotels they would say anything from the market. Maybe except wine. Breakfast: it is good, I prefer the weekend when mester eggs for $5 then he laugh telling you you need to tip me or I will give you the attitude Buddy!! And it is Sir not buddy be professional. The yogurt section fruits I noticed the yogurt and the fruit quality are not as before, there's no care in removing bad pieces, rotten pieces. I like the tea time in the evening but it is just for an hour during the week days. The coffee machine is a nice addition but I think the sugar is so much in the hotel chocolate, calories and ingredients should be posted. I have been stayed at this hotel frequently since day one soft opening and I went through different management . I love the location and the convenience, I love the style of element hotels in general. The front desk employees are mostly friendly and helpful but they seem to have instructions to answer questions and reply in certain way!!!

I recently stayed here 5 nights after evacuating from LA due to the fires. The staff here, particularly all the amazing women who work the front desk, and the breakfast staff, could not have been more welcoming, friendly, attentive, caring, calm, and amazing. From the moment I arrived in a panic with my partner and 2 anxious cats, to our very last day, they were so helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure all the evacuees (there were a ton of us!) were taken care of. They were so understanding of our ever-changing plans and additional/canceled nights, figuring out pet fees, giving me tons of extra towels when my cat tried to flee under the bed, and took care with all our shared anxieties. At breakfast, the staff was so friendly, it was the highlight of our days, which were spent almost entirely at the hotel. They also made sure everyone took as many extra snacks and fruit they needed for the day before putting things away. Again, I have to mention the friendliest women working the front desk. They made conversation with us and brightened our day, making us feel less anxious and alone during a hard time. The hotel itself was so well maintained and cleaned daily. The gym had the nicest treadmills ever and perfectly rolled towels. The room's kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and tons of cabinet space for all our food and a sizable fridge for leftovers and drinks. Wifi was good enough for two professionals to work from our room. While this isn't a 5 star hotel, it's also not claiming to be, so I'm shocked at the other review on here from a fellow evacuee. So unbelievably ungrateful considering we had a safe place to stay and considering what our city is going thru. The water pressure in the shower could've been better and we had to hold down the toilet to flush, but I really couldn't care less because I live in Southern California, and that's usually how things go, this isn't Florida! I am so glad to know that if I'm ever in need of a place to stay after evacuating from fires or earthquakes, I can feel confident in hopping in the car and sending the GPS here. We had an amazing experience at Element Irvine as Marriott bonvoy member. 🥰 Adrianna and the entire team were very friendly and helpful. ❤️ we highly recommend this place, rooms are equipped with functional kitchen, fridge, microwave oven.
