Homewood Suites by Hilton Irvine John Wayne Airport

Been here for 5 amazing nights! Room is perfect! Breakfast perfect! Wednesday reception perfect! Pool and fitness room perfect! I needed a fitness room with a recumbent bike due to knee issues and they had one...which is why we chose them. But all the other amenities have been wonderful and the hospitality crew has been wonderful!

Wow o had such a wonderful stay here! The hotel was nice newer and modern. I was not expecting how well kept everything was. Just the quality of the decor and cleanliness made it worth the stay. The staff was also excellent. When I was walking back from breakfast, Alma helped me carry my food up since my hands were full. The room was so big and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Staying at hotels is a getaway for me that fills me back up for some alone time so to have this happy experience here was a huge plus. Highly recommend staying here.

I love how big the room is with the separate seating area, the gym is nice, the foyer area has lots of seating. This is a perfect hotel for a single parent with kids on a staycation. They have a play room area for kids. Much more kid friendly than Embassy Suites by Hilton. They charge $75 for a small dog and also $12 a night for parking. The bed & pillow is so comfortable, the black out curtains work great! I slept in way too long. It was very quiet in 2201. The only thing I didn't like is the tiny sink area & tiny bath & no where to get ready, no long mirrors, but the water pressure is fabulous. There's not a lot of lighting in the parking & it's far from anything to eat (farmer boys doesn't count). They have the best on-site laundromat that I've seen. The deposit was reasonable.

We're on our last night here. We were told that the room would be cleaned every day, if not, then every other day. We've been here since for 7 days now and it has only been cleaned twice. I had to call after 2 days to have my room cleaned and it was supposed to be cleaned today. However, it looks like they only made the bed and cleaned the bathroom. They did not replenish things that we've used. Tables and counters were dusty and not wiped down. I left a tip this morning on my way out the door, disappointing to come back tonight and see the room was only half cleaned. The shower hardly has any water pressure, and the pillows are fluffy but no support. Bed was comfortable and I love they have 24 hr coffee. The breakfast was great.

Every morning when we have breakfast, my wife and I, we run across the sweetest and hardest working ladies serving breakfast. They always acknowledge us as well as other resident of the hotel. They go above and beyond and makes the stay extra special. I really appreciate them. Their names are Veronica, Jessie and Jordan! Thanks for making our stay special! Michael and Dhen
