The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were clean. And the view was beautiful overall it was my favorite day. I’ve had with Marriott overall 10 out of 10 recommend!

The room facility is very old. Most of the power outlets are too loose to make good contact. When checked in, they asked me what additional requirements do I have. I said the room needs to be quiet. However, at night the guests upstairs ran in the room. Called front desk twice. 7am in the morning, ran again. Internet is very slow and disconnected multiple times. Complained to the front desk when checking out. Doesn’t help at all except an official response: have you called us? YES! I Did! Very disappointed. The day and night difference compared to the courtyard hotel at Santa Barbara two days ago.

Didn't stay here but the staff was very helpful and friendly when I used their overnight parking option. I would stay here just because the team was so helpful and friendly, but I live 15 minutes away... So I really don't need to. Lol.

I have traveled for the past 25 years of my careers and always stay at Marriotts. I have been to this courtyard dozens of times but this time for pleasure and not 100% work. It was close to my favorite Bikram studio, the pool, hot and gym were clean and warm for the kids. They leave the best most delicious cookies out at night and the hotel staff was so nice. Thank you courtyard ! The parking is easy and close to everything in the OC. Good spot and book early to get good prices.

I was going to give one star, but the staff at the desk was nice so 2/5 it is. The issue is the hotel is poorly built/designed and you hear noise as if it’s in your room Every party, crying baby or couple fighting was crystal clear from the room. I stayed two nights and was constantly awoken. On one night I even had to change rooms at 1am in hopes of getting sleep. I do not recommend this hotel.
