Sunshine Village
REVIEWS
This hotel is right off of the freeway 5, and it's relatively clean. This hotel should be used more for business related activities. Or if you're driving through town and you just need a place to sleep. It's not the best hotel for wanting to relax.Or bringing the family with you

The managers are very nice but the rooms are dated and do not have the minimum amenities stated on the signage outside. The outlets do not all work inside the room I was given. The tv did not work either. It wasn't programmed nor had any channels to watch other than the screen saver that the dish/cable company they are contracted with provides.

The people who run this place will try to rip you off. They use regular keys and the deposit is only $10 but they charge us double. We got their biggest and newly remodeled room and it was supper dirty! My sock were black and the windows are disgusting and dusty. I sneeze the majority of the time while I was there. They only change the cover but notthe sheets because they were covered in crumb and other stuff. It was $120 a night which is not bad. They first night, there were cops cars blocking half of the place and the owners look like it happen before which is sketchy. Don't use a hair blower because it shuts diwn all of the electricity in the room and you need manual help from the owner. The male owner is helpful butthe wife will give you terrible service.

The people who own it were really nice and gave me a cereal bowl and spoon when I asked them!:) their rates are a little high, and the room was a little dirty, but it's quiet and I would choose this motel over any others on first street!!:)

Have not stayed at this property, was in the area and thought I'd take a look. Rate was $160.00 a night and I don't think I would stay there if I was paid $160.00 a night! The experience just driving through it was a thrill ride that compares to Knott's Scary farm on Halloween, but very real. If there is such a thing as The walking Dead this property could be the National Headquarters in the Zombie Nation.
