I've stayed here a couple of times. The elevators are an issue. One is always broken and this can be an issue when checking in. It's easier to walk up the stairs vs. wait with the crowds for the elevator. Good business trip hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering any questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable. Being right next to the highway, there was a lot of audible road noise. You can also hear other guests coming and going from their rooms.

I erased my first review. It was just me talking about my dislike of a certain amusement park that starts with a D. However, the location of this hotel you could almost hit that park with a thrown rock and not pay the close hotel prices. Highly recommended this hotel for any adventure you plan to have in this area. It was Microcenter for me, and it was every bit as wonderful, and I thought it would be. The computer parts I bought to upgrade my pc was less than the cost of a family 4 administration into a D park.

I'm all about excellent customer service, and I must say, I haven't experienced such professionalism in a long time. Genesis truly understands the immense responsibility that comes with being at the front desk and representing a prestigious company like Marriott. The level of care, attention, and dedication was beyond impressive—what an outstanding experience! Hopefully, the company recognizes her exceptional value and rewards her accordingly, as talents like hers truly elevate the customer experience.

Why this hotel have this high rate? literally the worst Fairfield I have ever stay at, dirty room, and even worse there is no housekeeping, I can’t imagine there is a hotel that doesn’t provide house keeping during the stay, and it seems the front desk think this is normal as this hotel is not a full service hotel? What do you mean by full service hotel? I think even a motel is better than this. The room key I got cannot open the parking lot gates, the stuff refused to look into it and saying the door is broken, where I just saw others use their card to open the door fine.
