Comfort Inn & Suites Orange County John Wayne Airport

This became my go to hotel in the area for the business trips that I've been having in the past few months. Every time I can get a discount on the room here I always prefer it over anything else nearby (La Quinta next door would be the second best for me). Nothing else can beat the combo of clean spacious rooms, free breakfast (all options are present except for fresh berry and cut melon/watermelon), convenient location and friendly staff in this price range. Highly recommend it for all business travelers who are looking for a great experience without breaking the bank. P.S. My only (minor) grumble would be about their super-tight parking spots however there is always plenty of space in the back if you don't mind walking an extra few steps.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room - appears the rooms were recently updated as walls were clean. I usually wipe everything down when I first check in and everything seemed clean except for the bathroom floor, which showed some dirt on the wipes. Staff were friendly, especially the front desk. I was always greeted with a smile, even when just walking by, which makes a big difference. Location is central and convenient. Breakfast was limited but clean and decent for the property type. My one big complaint is the old plumbing system. The room felt like it was literally vibrating as if a freight train running next to the room whenever people in adjacent rooms showered or ran the water. I was awoken by the person next door who showered around midnight. Just bring your earplugs. ———- Second stay wasn’t great. I was given a room on the second floor and it was definitely noisier. Room didn’t seem as clean and everything was old and rusted. Tv didn’t worked. Called the receptionist who said someone will come and take a look but no one came. Disappointed.

A very cute property in the Orange County LA, but reach in facilities like gym, swimming pool and others. The rooms are spacious and neatly kept with good washroom amenities. The property has a large parking space for overnight stays. I enjoyed the simple breakfast and interacted with the staff well. They were nice and assisting. The general environment is cool and well landscaped, however the location is not attractive .

Stayed in accessibility room, and the walk-in shower with the portable bench was fantastic. Perfect for our needs. However, the bed was too hard. Clean, nice basic decor, pleasant staff, hot breakfast nicer than danish, but just ok. Good water pressure

Very rude employees(housekeepers). My room was full of big roaches. The sink made a lot of noise. The employees made a lot of noise at 5am in the morning and one of the guy workers would cuss every single day at 5am very loud. They scratched my car. The hotel smelled like weed all the time and couldn't breath fresh air with my kids. The room didn't have ventilation. The lady breakfast had an attitude every morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing about this hotel was nothing.
