Commendation for Exceptional Service by Assistant Manager, AK During our recent stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orange County Airport, 16 January - 21 January, the Assistant Manager AK and his team went above and beyond to ensure our basketball program had an enjoyable experience. Our group consisted of young athletes, and managing their attention span and needs required a bit of coordination. AK and his staff demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to the kids' satisfaction. Notably, AK handled a challenging situation with a difficult guest with exceptional poise and ensured hotel policies were upheld while maintaining a welcoming environment for all. The level of service provided greatly exceeded our expectations, and it has influenced our decision to make this establishment our preferred choice for future tournaments in the area. We greatly appreciate the dedication and effort from AK and his team, which contributed to a welcoming and memorable stay. I’d like to Brag on AK who was there everyday I stayed. He has a great disposition and was very helpful. He is Very Customer Service oriented. He does his job very well. Leslie, who was there also was very kind and helpful with any questions I may have had. They Both made The stay a pleasant one. They take their job seriously.

Did not expect the accommodations- nice location, airport shuttle, park fly. Our room was like 2 hotel rooms, spacious and comfortable. Lots of pillows on the comfortable bed. The sofa was a bit worn but comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again and tell friends and family

The staff was very friendly and courteous. AK and Dillion are an asset for the company. They are very personable and efficient. Breakfast was a good and they had a great variety for all appetites. They do have the same set up each day with a change of meat and potatoes. Rooms and eating area were very clean. It was to cold to swim but it looks very nice. I would definitely return on my next visit.

Large free parking. A very good breakfast. A warm pool. It's not a very cozy hotel. The windows of the room overlook the corridor. The corridors are long. There is only one elevator (out of two but in one place) very very old rooms that urgently need repair.
