Room was clean, staff was friendly. Front desk staff would leave for hours at a time, putting a “back in 30 min” sign on the door and locking up the lobby. Trying to call the front desk for any assistance meant listening to the phone ring for 5+ minutes before someone would finally pick up. Breakfast system feels like prison. Pool and hot tub were nice, the grounds are beautiful. Some of the rooms are being renovated, so it was noisy during the day but quiet by evening. Shuttle service is great. Overall it was ok, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Super great experience. The front desk staff are awesome. Great customer service and attentiveness. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Overall the area is clean and luxurious with a big swimming pool, jacuzzi and working out room. They also provide guests with a breakfast service and front desk service is quick when you call for extra towels etc. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I would have give the room 5 stars if it didn't have flying ants (that's what it looks like). The bed was comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. Didn't get the chance to have the morning breakfast because of my early departure. I'm sure it would have been good. The shuttle bus to the airport was 3 minutes away.

They show a fantastic breakfast with bacon, sausage and made to order eggs and its BS! The breakfast is Scrambled eggs and two dried up pancakes. The jacuzzi never worked no matter how many times I requested for them to turn up the heat or fix it! Never happened!! The rooms are nice but if you're planning on a great breakfast and a relaxing jacuzzi, its not happening!!

Pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms were. Our 1 bdr king suite had a sofa bed and TWO TVS and it was perfect for the kiddies! About 20 minutes from Porto’s, knotts berry, beaches.. great location!! Breakfast was made fresh,. Just wished they had more variety.. maybe cereal for kids and orange juice etc other than that.. it was a very pleasant stay.
