Villa Siena is a beautiful complex, though not quite well-maintained when you have a chance to see beyond the agent's tour. We joke that the complex should be named "Villa Sie ant farma" as ants are everywhere and maintenance's treatments do nothing beyond two days. And, in order to get more treatments, you have to empty all your kitchen cabinets and countertops - a pain in the neck for two days' respite. Elevators are regularly stopping (w/ people on board) and slooooow repair. Got trapped once and the repairman who came, from the elevator company, said this complex was the only one that had no one help him get in and to the broken elevator; took over an hour. Security guards showed up after the repairman got us out. Also, the elevators are regularly so full of cigarette smoke that it's unbearable. Good neighbors? Despite gates and guards walking around, there is no security. Our car was stolen from the underground, double gated parking, but security has no idea or cameras. Then our chained bikes were stolen in the middle of the day. After that, others shared how things were stolen from their cars. Auto vandalism is also regular. Maintenance said I had to pay $100 to replace the gate/garage opening remote that went with my stolen car -- sweet hearted service (I joke). Despite guards, open drug use at the community pools is rampant and the guards have no interest in doing anything about it -- even a bong in use on the weekend drew no attention ... while small children ran around. Our call to the police found that it was a regular problem here. Most neighbors are friendly, but seems to have lots of either party-animal college kids or wanna-be-college kids that pull the fire alarms at all times of the night. Weekend pool time deteriorates as the day goes on as booze and drugs take their effect -- activities and language are not kid-friendly, not even decent adult friendly. Nice clubhouse, but the facilities are usually inoperable. Pool regularly closed as well. Service is inoperable as well as we've had a maintenance call in for over 10 months with only a regular reply that they need a certain person to fix it, and that person is usually not available. Service is only focused on collecting rent once you're signed up. I would NOT rent here again.

Pets are awesome but if don't plant stuff to combat the smell your beautiful complex will smell like urine

Everything about this complex sucks and the turn around for people working here is ridiculous. But they hide all negative reviews about everything and pay off people to submit good reviews.
