Paséa Hotel & Spa

I travel a decent amount and am always staying in so many hotels. This hotel gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! We were greeted instantly by the valet and by a manager named Emily, Emily had some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen, she explained all of the amenities, showed us around, gave treats to our pups, and just went above and beyond. Our bellhops Peter and David were also phenomenal, helped grab our stuff immediately to take to the room, and same with loading our vehicle to leave. The room itself was so nice! We had an awesome view of the ocean and the town around the hotel. It came equipped with dog beds, bowls, treats and even toys for them! They felt so spoiled. The bed was extremely comfy as well. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everybody!

I had lunch at the Paséa restaurant with a few friends and the food was absolutely delightful and fresh. The food portions are well served and appetizing. I love trying new dishes and this restaurant offered a variety of seasonal dishes; the two I tried were delicious and flavorful. The service was stellar and the view to the beach breathtaking. I will be returning with my family.

Fantastic ocean views! We felt spoiled with the amenities our room offered. Super spacious and luxurious bathroom. So much closet space! The little things like a bottle of wine and flip flops are appreciated. Front desk staff were super nice and helpful and the valet service was super smooth. Will definitely stay again!

Had an amazing experience staying here on Christmas Eve! The room was clean and the ocean front views were incredible! The staff was so friendly, valet was really fast, and it was decorated beautifully for Christmas! The little details are so well thought out from cute room keys, to the room having everything you may have forgotten to pack! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing get away!

We stayed over Christmas time and we are so glad that we did! Firstly the location is incredible, just a couple of minutes walk to pacific city with shops and restaurants as-well as being right across from the beach! The service throughout the hotel is so great - from check-in, to valet, restaurants and housekeeping staff that are so friendly too. We ate dinner on Christmas Eve at Lorea, food and service was great - Leo was our server and he took good care of us. We also ate breakfast there the next morning, Ruben was our sever and was so friendly! French toast was amazing! The server Jesus was awesome too! We also had our dog with us as-well and the hotel is SO pet friendly - all staff wanted to say hi to the dog, some even giving treats. All in all it’s an incredible place to stay, would highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!
